What was required of us to become an Agency?
Arizona Revised Statute 32-2422 requires that a person being granted a Private Investigator Agency license shall:
- Be at least twenty-one years of age.
- Be a citizen of the United States.
- Not have been convicted or indicted for a felony.
- Not have been convicted, within the past five years, of any misdemeanor act involving:
- Personal violence,
- A deadly weapon,
- Dishonesty or fraud,
- Arson,
- Theft,
- Domestic violence,
- Drugs, or
- Sexual misconduct.
- Not be on parole or probation for any act of violence.
- Be mentally and physically competent.
- Must be able to substantiate a minimum of three years (or its equivalent) of full-time investigative experience.
