What was required of us to become an Agency?

Arizona Revised Statute 32-2422 requires that a person being granted a Private Investigator Agency license shall:

  • Be at least twenty-one years of age.
  • Be a citizen of the United States.
  • Not have been convicted or indicted for a felony.
  • Not have been convicted, within the past five years, of any misdemeanor act involving:
    • Personal violence,
    • A deadly weapon,
    • Dishonesty or fraud,
    • Arson,
    • Theft,
    • Domestic violence,
    • Drugs, or
    • Sexual misconduct.
  • Not be on parole or probation for any act of violence.
  • Be mentally and physically competent.
  • Must be able to substantiate a minimum of three years (or its equivalent) of full-time investigative experience.
